Full Service & More! I brought my Tucson to Family Hyundai for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly, personally walked to one of the service desks, and Brian pres I brought my Tucson to Family Hyundai for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly, personally walked to one of the service desks, and Brian presented all expected charges to me up-front. During my waiting room stay, Family Hyundai was having a BBQ in front of the dealership, with Graham Watson leading the grilling force. There was free lunch being served to all employees & customers. How cool?!! More

Great experience with Collin I was very pleased and I believe my problem is resolved. Collin made me feel very comfortable about the fact that the mechanic did a detailed inspecti I was very pleased and I believe my problem is resolved. The air condition in my Santa Fe was not working properly, and was costly to repair. Colin was able to have my out of pocket expenses reduced due to a warranty factor. Waiting time for service at the dealer was rather long and I was provided with a loaner after having been there for some hours. Presently my vehicle is operating with no problems. More
