I dealt with Taylor, and he made the process very easy. He wasn’t the usual pushy salesman trying to sell me on something else. Hope was one of the best sales associates I have ever bought a vehicle from. However the only complaint I have is the vehicle I bought should have had navigation enabled but the dealership just did not k bought a vehicle from. However the only complaint I have is the vehicle I bought should have had navigation enabled but the dealership just did not know how to do it and now I have to do it after the fact which will cost me 500$.
