Our visit to this dealership almost had us walk from Volvo Super impacting visit. Our visit to this dealership almost had us walk away entirely from the brand as a whole. We felt that based on the disappoi Super impacting visit. Our visit to this dealership almost had us walk away entirely from the brand as a whole. We felt that based on the disappointing experience we had with them, that this was how we were going to be treated from anyone else in other Volvo dealers. The issues; 1- We were told repeatedly the vehicle was in stock but if we decided to buy it that we needed an appointment as typically you cant take delivery the same day. Once I told them this was a deal breaker they came back and said they will handle it as long as soon as possible. 2-Picked up my family and drove 2 hours to the dealer and was introduced to the beautiful Volvo XC90....after close to an hour of sitting in the car, having the kids get comfortable with the truck and falling in love with it.....they came outside and told us that the car was SOLD. 3-We obviously were sad, but this is where promises were made and not kept. They apologized tremendously for having us come so far to only have the rug pulled from under us...but told us they would call us within a day with substitute cars and a deal that would make it all right...didnt happen. 4 - We decided to give them the chance to make it right and decided to call them..that's where we were told that the first person that helped us was no longer working at the dealership, the second person was in a meeting or on the other line, which we left voicemails on but never returned....we started losing hope. 5 - We called again and again, the sales manager was always in a meeting or in a call, and was even told by the receptionist that she got in trouble for interrupting him to help us out. 6 - Finally we were given a call back, with more promises, to be called within the same day if not the next day.....zip, nothing. 7 - We finally decided to walk away from them and go to another dealer. Volvo of East Hanover made it all right for us...we even decided to call Volvo of Princeton one last time, to let them know listen, we are going to walk away from you and go with Volvo of East Hanover, we're giving you once last chance....we left a message with the receptionist to have Paul Forrino give us a call, that it was important, we called again as we were heading to East Hanover...nothing. 8-One of the reasons we kept calling, was because the XC90 we looked at, stayed for sale online, and the price kept going down.....this was tormenting us....as we searched around, the car stayed online and the price kept being reduced....we kept asking ourselves, why didnt they want to sell it to us? What was it about us? They insisted it was sold, but it stayed online...unlike other dealers that would pull the listing or identify it as sold. In conclusion, Volvo of Princeton, for two weeks we waited, I'm not sure what went wrong with you guys, but Volvo as an organization, your owners and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for going wrong in so many ways.... Thank you Volvo of East Hanover and Mabel...for making it alllllll right for us, thank you so much. More

good but wasn't all good Initially we had a great experience test driving a used car. Later in further inquiring about the vehicle I was a bit misled on the history. I contacted the sales manager and he was helpful and got me the correct answers. We purchased the vehicle and they delivered terrific service delivering the vehicle. We have been very happy with the car and they have promptly followed up etc. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I first met Colby at Volvo of Edison when he worked with me a few years back to transition my lease from my S40 into my S60.
