Quick and easy I purchased a preowned vehicle from DealerRater a few months back and I love it. I have had a few little issues pop up and let the preowned manager Ke I purchased a preowned vehicle from DealerRater a few months back and I love it. She asked that I come by and have the vehicle looked at. 48 hours later and all was taken care of at no cost and no hasell! They took care of everything as promised and the vehicle was ready before I was told it would be even during the week of Thanksgiving. Thanks again for years of great service at the sale and after. We felt no pressure whatsoever and Rickey let us take our time making a decision. He offered us coffee and drinks multiple times and he was constantly asking us how we were. I've never been treated so well at a dealership in my life. All of my questions were answered (and I asked a lot). I love my new car!!
