Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, the selection was solid, and the process went smoothly once we got started. However, I was a bit disappointed that we we The staff was knowledgeable, the selection was solid, and the process went smoothly once we got started. However, I was a bit disappointed that we weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we first arrived. We had to ask for help before anyone engaged with us, which didn’t set the best first impression. That said, once we were assisted, the service improved significantly and everything else went well. I’d still recommend this dealership, but I hope they work on being more welcoming to customers as they walk in. More
