Service personal not very helpful. Had an appointment to have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford that same afternoon without a prior appointment. I ultimately purchased a new F250 Super Duty from Elder Ford. Service is 20 miles further to travel but at least they know how to service my truck More

my vehicle was dropped off there for 3 months, finally diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just had replaced by another shop was bad and I had to replace it again. 3 days later it was back for the 3rd time with the same unresolved issue, got a VM that the truck is running fine and "there's nothing else we can do". They have been "attempting" to fix the same ongoing problem since the beginning of October, 4 months later and $2600 later the problem is still unresolved and I'm expected to pick up a vehicle just to bring it back as I have done twice before. Nobody other than the service writer has reached out to me or discussed the issue, I have also tried speaking with the service manager and GM and got nowhere, they were both extremely defensive and all they seem to care about is their reviews, I'm sure they are both aware that the vehicle is there a third time for the same issue. I provided a very detailed list as to all the repairs that have been done since I purchased the vehicle and nobody has paid any attention it it. More

Two in a Row! Went back and bought my new 2016 F-150 FX4 after purchasing our 2015 Escape Titanium from Flammer Ford last year. Nate Whitfield was very patient with Went back and bought my new 2016 F-150 FX4 after purchasing our 2015 Escape Titanium from Flammer Ford last year. Nate Whitfield was very patient with us and helpful and provided excellent customer service, as did Mike Fye in handling the financial details. Everyone that we came into contact with during this sale were exemplary. The service department has been great to work with both for maintenance on the Escape and installing my after market accessories on the Truck. Chris Newton and Eileen Silva were very helpful and went the extra mile. Bonnie Fox, the courtesy car driver, went above and beyond also. Overall a very pleasing experience. All Flammer Ford staff should be commended for their outstanding work! More

my review of flammer ford of spring hill I have been a customer of flammer ford in spring hill fl since 2002 and have purchased both new and used cars and trucks there.Having spent 40 years i I have been a customer of flammer ford in spring hill fl since 2002 and have purchased both new and used cars and trucks there.Having spent 40 years in in the service business I think I know a little about taking care of your customers (as difficult and demanding as some can be). Having said that let me tell you about the team at flammer,I'll start with salesman Mr.Steve Duffy who i have dealt with many times when i need a car.When i arrive at the dealership its like visiting old friends and im at ease,i never feel pressured at any time during my time there.which is not the case at other dealers. Steve is one of the best sales associates i have ever dealt with,he really cares about his customers,as do the rest of the crew starting with Bobby Triola,Mike Fye,Russ Silverstone,Robert Dull ,Claude "Sparky" Sandage,Pete Watson and courtesy driver Bonnie...Thanks to all of you for your continued help and friendly service,it's been a pleasure.
