Insurance company paid claim to west side. We are requesting the insurance company name per Texas dmv to confirm why title is reporting salvage.

Mr Breaux Thank you for your response, However, the person I purchased it from purchased it from you. After countless hours of researching, I found out that West side Lexus owner retained my vehicle which was deemed a total loss 9-11-2019. West Lexus Corp was paid on 12/13/2019 by unique insurance for the total loss vehicle. West side Lexus then turned around and sold ithis total loss vehicle to dealership I bought it from. West side Lexus title dept then waited a year and reported the title salvage. Now, I am stuck with a vehicle I paid 40k. worth $300. Upon doing more research, West side Lexus sold this vehicle without disclosing any information pertaining to salvage title for the vehicle nor are they authorized to sell salvage vehicles. So the BLUE title I have in hand currently was given to me under false pretense and it all comes back to Westside Lexus!!! Mr Breaux if you are so concerned about your customers satisfaction as you say WESTSIDE LEXUS/WEST LEXUS CORP need to find a resolution for this issue.
