I pulled into the dealership with a flat tire (and a damaged rim, as it turns out) with a car filled with items ans a very important appointment to get to in downtown Chicago. I was SO upset and worried that I’d miss my appointment. Cindi Link was amazing!! She reassured me that she would handle everything. She got me a loaner and had someone work with her to transfer all of my items to the loaner. Then, Tom Lood took over was also very helpful! He did all the paperwork for my car quickly and I made it to my appointment. I then talked to Tom a number of times later in the day and over the next few days. He made an upsetting situation much less so. I’m very happy with the service. More
