We called ahead to make sure the car was still there and Eli Covarrubias was who we spoke to on the phone. He stayed late and waited for us to get there. He did a great job answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgable and personable. We felt like by the time we left we had made a new friend. Cheyl in finance was great to work with as well.
