ELI C MARTINEZ (Sales), ROB RODRIGUEZ (Manager), CHRYLYN OXNER (Cheryl - Finance), QUENTIN WALKER (Manager) & the entire Internet Dept (CHIP, MELISSA, & LUCY) were an awesome team to work with, including being the 1st of three dealers to contact me. From the moment I met each of them starting with Eli, I felt welcomed and focused on. After the usual negotiation process, we offered them what we thought would be a good price for us and fair to them. The offer was approved. We set up an evening time to come back to finalize paperwork. I was quite happy with how smoothly that went. They did not try to slip-in extra costs to increase the cost to us and stuck with the sale price agreed upon for the car. We were not pressured to purchase the usual add-ons (paint protect/undercoat, extended warranty, etc) that I've been "pressured" to buy at other car dealers. Because we keep our cars a long time, this is our second purchase from this dealer. If they are still around 10 years from now we will probably be back. More

No Hasel car buying I began my research on Consumer Reports website . I focused on a Accord V6 Touring model.Within an hour I received 3 offers from three Honda dealers i I began my research on Consumer Reports website . I focused on a Accord V6 Touring model.Within an hour I received 3 offers from three Honda dealers in the Omaha Ne. area. I called David Quach with my three offers . He told me that Honda Cars of Bellevue would match or beat the best deal I had. David was with another customer when we arrived so His partner Tom Anderson met with us to discuss our possible purchase. Tom took care of all negotiations and we arrived at a satisfactory purchase price. Quentin Walker was the manager who gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. Cheryl Oxner walked us through the paper work in a jiffy and pointed out a great maintenance package that we could not pass on. With paper work completed David Quach walked us through all the equipment and how to set it all up (The Touring model has a good deal of items such as navigation and other fine safety features such as adaptive cruise control.) David even set up our cell phone so we could use the no hands feature of this great Honda. I drive 20 miles one way to get to Honda Cars of Bellevue passing two other metro Omaha Honda dealers to do business at Honda Cars of Bellevue. This is the Sixth Honda I have either purchased or leased from Honda Cars of Bellevue in the last ten years. I would not go any place else to purchase a vehicle except Honda Cars of Bellevue. After 16 wonderful years with my '99 Honda Accord (purchased used, from Honda Cars of Bellevue), my mechanic suggested I start looking for another veh After 16 wonderful years with my '99 Honda Accord (purchased used, from Honda Cars of Bellevue), my mechanic suggested I start looking for another vehicle. I was already suffering from a little "separation anxiety." My '99 had been such a great car, free from any major maintenance issues. Nozim came out to greet me, shortly after I parked my old car. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and a pleasant co-pilot for our test drive. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase that day, but Nozim helped me to make the numbers work. I drove away with a 2015 (new) Honda Accord, right off the showroom floor. Cheryl was brilliant at explaining the financing and forms, and executing all the paperwork in a timely, expedient fashion. They did their best to meet our need for a price and everything we wanted in our brand new Honda Odyssey. I highly recommend as soon as you walk through the door to go straight to Nozim Sharipov because he has by far been the best dealer that I have ever worked with.
