Lost my information system on my dash related to the gauges which display the speedometer and gas gauge. Service at Holm Automotive Center got me in right away. After Kit had worked on trying to find gauges which display the speedometer and gas gauge. Service at Holm Automotive Center got me in right away. After Kit had worked on trying to find the problem for almost an hour and having a friendly chat with Chris Eckert, I was given a loaner car. For the next four days Chuck Loader regularly contacted me on the progress or lack of progress related to the issue. Once the problem was identified, then there was wait time for the part and installation. Having worked with Kit in the past, I knew my Tahoe was in good hands and would be fixed right the first time. On the fifth day, when I picked up the Tahoe, it had been washed and "detailed" inside. Many thanks to Chuck and Kit for meeting and even exceeding the high standard set at homes for customer satisfaction. We have been buying and servicing our vehicles at Holm's for 21 years and have always been treated respect, concern and caring about not only our vehicles but they take a personal interest in us. More
