Warranty Work I had to take our vehicle in for a recall. I was going to be in Abilene that day for a work related purpose and asked if it would be possible to get I had to take our vehicle in for a recall. They gave me and a fellow employee a ride to where out meeting was and then called me as soon as the vehicle was done. I feel that they went above and beyond to make things work with my schedule. Customer service and timely completion On 17 October 2016, I took my car in because I was having battery issues. I did not have an appointment. Chuck Loader took care of me immediately. I was able to wait while the service team determined what the problem was. I was advised that I needed a new battery. I gave permission to replace the battery.
