He attempted to help diagnose the issue over the phone and even ordered the parts ahea I called Chuck approximately 1 month prior to being in Abilene. Chuck is a very informed Service Consultant whom does his job very well and is extremely professional. We live in SW Kansas and waited a month and a 4 hour drive just so we could take our vehicle to Holm Automotive, where we knew the service and treatment would be top of the line. More
