Holm is the best We took our Equinox in to the dealership because the air conditioner was not cooling very well. After service checking it out Chuck Loader came out an We took our Equinox in to the dealership because the air conditioner was not cooling very well. After service checking it out Chuck Loader came out and told us that it needed a new air conditioner compressor and that they also found some oil leaks on the bottom side of the engine. We figured it was going to cost us more than we wanted to spend at the time. Chuck reminded us that when we purchased the car 2 years ago we also purchased the extended warranty also. So after applying the warranty to the work they were going to do it was going to cost us a grand total of $59.99. We liked to fell over. Chuck was completely honest and forward about what the work that needed to be done and helped us out considerably by getting our extended warranty to cover the cost of repairs. Chuck is very courteous, honest and respectful and great pleasure to talk to. More
