We have purchased a number of vehicles from Holm & also choose to purchase extended warranties. We have to drop off our vehicles the night before & the service staff greets us in a friendly manner. After we report what service is needed, they repeat it back in order to make sure they got the information correct. After checking out the issue, we are notified of what’s wrong & given options to fix it. I appreciate the professionalism! We will continue to use Holm for our vehicle purchasing & service needs! After waiting for an hour and a half I was apologetically told that the wrong ticket was placed My service included an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I was apologetically told that the wrong ticket was placed in my vehicle so there was a mixup in what my vehicle needed versus another vehicle’s needs. I appreciated his honesty but what should have taken an hour or so took two. We have previously used another dealership and I can honestly say that my vehicle came out cleaner after service than when it went in, I miss that. Otherwise, friendly staff and job complete. More
