Appointments for service have consistantly been good I have no complaints regarding the service provided when I have a service appointment; the service department is prompt and they are courteous. G I have no complaints regarding the service provided when I have a service appointment; the service department is prompt and they are courteous. Getting an appointment (for an oil change for example) with relatively short notice has become an issue lately. Holm Auto has reduced staff on Saturday's and seems to be very busy during the week, which, for the dealership is good, not so great for the customer's. For example, I needed an oil change prior to an emergency trip to Montana due to a death in the family, but was unable to get an appointment prior to the date I had to leave. More

Great Experience! Mike Wehling went above and beyond to help me when my car was under warranty. He drove the rental car into the shop, so I wouldn’t have to get wet.
