Professional Friendly Place I needed to get in sometime within the week for an oil change and a couple other things that needed to be serviced on the car so I let Chuck know. Creak in the rear end of my car I told them about a noise coming from underneath my car when going 10mph or less, didnt matter going forward or backwards and usually on uneven surfa I told them about a noise coming from underneath my car when going 10mph or less, didnt matter going forward or backwards and usually on uneven surface. They tried to find it when I was in for a oil change but couldn't find it but checked everything they could think it might be. The next week Chuck emailed me to see if it was still making the noise and I said yes. So the following week we set up a date, they sent a really nice man to pick my car up and left me with a very very nice vehicle to drive home and back to work. Long story short the problem is FIXED. Yeah. Thank you very much for checking with me and sticking with it till the mystery was solved. More
