Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Charles Griffith is the best! He and his team always address the problem and keep us in the loop while it's being worked on.
