Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

Charles Griffith provided outstanding service at my last service visit on our 335CI. He suggested repairs that were necessary and delayed others saving us money. He always contacts me about the service, what needs to be done, the status of the service and when my car is years and he consistently is rated a 5. Chuck has been excellent for years. I moved to Jupiter FL recently, but still only go to him for my service because of the first class customer service and quality. When I purchased my BMW years ago I was no recently, but still only go to him for my service because of the first class customer service and quality. When I purchased my BMW years ago I was not loyal to a dealership, but he has changed that. Thank you More
