Hi I am Chuck Griffith a Service Advisor at Germain BMW. I started here at Germain BMW in August of 2013 as a porter and then moved up to be a Service Advisor in January of 2014. This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.

A company is made up of it’s people, and the folks at Germain BMW never disappoint. I had immediate service needs for two of my BMW’s. Despite the fact that service appointments were booked out, Chuck Gr Germain BMW never disappoint. I had immediate service needs for two of my BMW’s. My recent purchase of a 430i was my seventh BMW purchased from Germain.I have dealt with Max Zuercher on 4 of them and its because of Max that i keep coming back. Charles Griffith is our service advisor. He is always available to answer questions and is always at the ready to provide an appropriate time for service based on the customer's needs. We have used other BMW service dealers and advisors in the southwest Florida area; however, Chuck, by far is the best. He is welcoming, cordial, friendly, and is a person that you feel that you can trust to give you an honest assessment of your vehicle's service needs without adding on unnecessary work. Chuck Griffith was my service person. I had arranged for the pick up and delivery of my car and that went perfectly. Chuck reached out to me to explain the work that needed to be done a I had arranged for the pick up and delivery of my car and that went perfectly. Chuck reached out to me to explain the work that needed to be done and followed up with a call when the work was completed. They also sent a video of the car with explanations on tire wear and brakes. Very thorough. I highly recommend this dealership and Chuck. More
