By far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had in a really long time. Jenkins Kia has a combination of the old school good car dealer meets New Age technology. The purchase of this vehicle took 2 weeks and the ball was dropped several times by others at the dealership. My first finance person took a personal phone call in the middle of trying to close a loan th was dropped several times by others at the dealership. My first finance person took a personal phone call in the middle of trying to close a loan that was not even approved yet (but we didn't know that or was not informed of that). He sat speaking to his neighbor about the land for sale by his house. He didn't go over or explain any of paperwork that we were signing. When I pointed out the wrong address on the warranty paperwork I was informed by him it was no big deal. We left thinking we owned the car only to find out that we didn't and it had not been approved yet. Finally, after several days of no answers and me complaining to my Sales Rep Chance, Chris, the Finance Manager, finally pieced it all together and got it done for us, but we had to come back in and sign new papers 2 weeks later. I've never had a car deal take so long and be so frustrating. They also had my email address wrong so I was not receiving my email from IKON. I had to personally call IKON to get it corrected and I shouldn't have had to do that. This should have been dealt with and corrected by my sales rep. Although very happy with our car the nightmare of the loan process itself left a bad taste in our mouths. When I brought the car in to get the new IKON installed the Service Dept was great! They got it done in no time at all and I barely had to wait. Kudos to your Service Dept and to Devin. Thank you Devin for your assistance in trying to get the email situation figured out even though it wasn't your problem to deal with. That should have been handled by Sales. More
