Couldn't ask for better I researched and made an inquiry online to have Geoff respond to me in a few minutes. After a telephone call and a quote a decided to make the 3 hour I researched and made an inquiry online to have Geoff respond to me in a few minutes. After a telephone call and a quote a decided to make the 3 hour drive to Collins Nissan and was not disappointed. I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable immediately upon entry. At no point did I feel pressured in any way. After a test drive and discussions with Chris and Geoff, the decision was made to purchase a 2014 Rogue. I then dealt with Rob who was not only friendly but professional and honest. My experience picking up my new vehicle was the same as my initial visit. Outstanding customer service and is highly recommended. Thanks to Geoff, Chris and Rob for making my experience a great one :) More

Excellent customer service I just purchased my second Nissan Sentra from Collins Nissan. I had a much better customer service experience this time than I had 2.5 years ago. Chri I just purchased my second Nissan Sentra from Collins Nissan. I had a much better customer service experience this time than I had 2.5 years ago. Chris was incredibly genuine and took the time to answer any questions I had. I never felt pushed or rushed by him. He has followed up with me every step of the way and even emailed me this morning to see how my first commute went. I would strongly recommend seeing Chris if you're considering a Nissan - great guy selling an awesome product! I will definitely go back to Collins Nissan next time. More

Bought a 2014 Versa Note SV I am thrilled and proud to be an owner of a new vehicle! Chris was very professional and understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me the opt I am thrilled and proud to be an owner of a new vehicle! Chris was very professional and understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me the option of looking at 2 vehicles in the show room. He was able to come up with numbers that would fit within my budget for my monthly car payment. He showed me around the show room, introduced me to the staff of all departments and then I met with Rob for the financing part. Rob is incredibly professional, respectful and has the best customer service I have ever seen in anyone. His smile, charisma and knowledge are phenomenal and he made me feel comfortable explaining details on insurances, He made the magic happen and was able to respect my budget. I met with Fred who showed me everything about my car and how it works as well as making sure my 17 yr old daughter knew as well. He even showed her the service dept in the event she would have to bring the car in for an oil change or other. Before driving away, Rob came over and wished my daughter and I the best of luck and congratulated me. I gave him a great big hug and thanked him for everything he, Chris and Fred did to satisfy my needs. Fred welcomed my daughter and I to the family at Collins Nissan and that's exactly how I felt. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending family or friends to this dealership. Keep up the great work! More

Collins Nissan I would definitely recommend going to Collins Nissan to purchase a vehicle. The sales guy Chris I was dealing with was very pleasant. He even sent me an email video of the car I wanted to look at, very nice touch. The used car manager Steve is a very nice guy also. We worked out a deal that made us both happy, from the purchase price of the vehicle I wanted to buy, to the purchase price of the vehicle they bought from me, as well as the interest rate and the length of term for the financing. Rob the finance guy is good to deal with. Not only at the time of buying the car, but the couple of phone calls I had with him after I purchased the car. We ran into a couple of bumps after I picked up the car though. The strut mounts were gone, which they arranged to have fixed at the Hyundai dealership, which thankfully was under warranty. The back bumper/quarter panel of the car had a bunch of scratches that they said they would get buffed out and repainted. This wasn't done to my satisfaction the first time, so they had me bring the car back to them. When I received it back the next day it looked great. Since it took 3 trips to finally get my car right, they acknowledged this and compensated me for the time and gas, which was really nice. Overall my experience with them was great and I would definitely recommend them for purchasing your next vehicle. Kevin Welland, ON. More
