I walked in off the street. Rita, the greeter, directed me to Jake, who would be my salesman. Jake didn't try to distract me from what I wanted. Working with his manager Chris, Rita, the greeter, directed me to Jake, who would be my salesman. Jake didn't try to distract me from what I wanted. Working with his manager Chris, Jake was able to find the exact car, color and options, that I wanted. They had to make an exchange with another dealer and we ordered it. With so many new technologies, Jake not only programmed them, but took the time to explain them to me and my husband. I returned for my learning curve update and Jake was right there. I consider Jake more than a salesman, he has become a friend. More
