An overall good experience I was intent on replacing my old BMW with a newer model and had checked out another dealership. I wasn’t impressed. But then, I found online that Parkview had the car closest to what I wanted. I called Saturday morning, spoke to Ken to confirm the car was still there, arrived with my son (who had bought his BMW at Parkview two years earlier), checked out the car, test drove a similar one, negotiated a fair trade in, and that was that. My son and I enjoyed meeting Ken, talking cars, and then Alexandrine. It was a pleasant experience, conducted professionally and efficiently. Picking up the car a week later was equally pleasant, as the follow up has been. I am not expecting any problems with the car, but should they arise, I feel confident that I will get excellent service. More

Extremely satisfied with my buying experience I went to Parkview BMW to lease my second X1. First one was leased from a different BMW dealership, but since I was not having a very good buying exp I went to Parkview BMW to lease my second X1. First one was leased from a different BMW dealership, but since I was not having a very good buying experience there, I decided to try a different one. From the minute I walked in to the time the deal was made...about 4 hours later, Corey took his time to tailor make a deal to line up with my requested monthly lease payment amount. He spent his time showing different X1 options, until we found the one that not only suited my needs, but made my 18 year old son excited once he found out it was the X1 M sport edition! Corey did a fantastic job that day as well as on delivery day. Thank you very much Corey. You made our buying experience a very enjoyable one! Coffee is not too bad either! I have to give a shout out to Christopher as well. He did a great job during delivery in showing us all the features of the new X1. More
