Amazing experience, amazing staff. When you see the not so good ones, you know the best! I rolled my SUV so I didn’t have much time to look. Drove from Toronto the Niagara, looking for a smaller size truck, was even going to buy one I wasn’t to happy about. I filled out what I thought was a finance approval for dealers ad, was I ever glad I made that mistake. To my surprise it brought me to Lockwood Kia and Christopher, I couldn’t be more pleased. He listened to what I needed for my senior father, asked what we would like, he actually found us a really nice truck. Then he found us an even better one! The staff is so friendly and helpful, it was such a great end, after a horable beginning. So to make a long story short, if your looking for a vehicle, go check them out. You have nothing to loss and I’m glad did! More

I had been struggling to get my dream car, Challenger, and been turned down by many other places because I didn't meet their rigid requirements, and sometimes the other places would even go 180 and back out on a deal-in-progress or the finances would not pass because they didn't think my credit score was high enough. I have been working so hard to be financially capable to get my Challenger. I really missed having one since a drunk driver crashed into my old 2009 one and totally ruined it beyond repair. Thanks Chris for bringing me to my happy place, out of depressing feelings now that I can have my car-baby! More
