They, especially Martin, have been courteous and professional at every step, even when I initially decided against purchasing. When I decided to revisit purchasing a new car, I mistakenly went to Sport Subaru South and was completely turned off by the experience. Luckily I still had Martin's number and when I spoke with him he alerted me to the fact that I went to the wrong dealership (thankfully). The staff at sport Subaru on Colonail Drive we extremely friendly and sincere, they conveyed a willingness to work with me as the customer to come to an amicable agreement where I felt like I was getting a supurb value and price. Trevor Jeffery is the type of dealer that you work with multiple times over the years because he intuitively understands what you want and need and meets those requirements while genuinely making you feel like he is your advocate rather than your salesperson. Each person I worked with was genuine and helpful and worked to get me what I wanted and nothing more. I will definitely purchase from this dealership next time I need a new vehicle. More

To all diabetics, bring your own food. This may sound silly, but we were there over 5 hrs. More

We told her that we had done some internet shopping and had David Roman for a contact. She let him know we were there and he came out to greet us and turn us over to Christine. We explained our goals and she showed us all of the cars we thought we were considering. She invited us back anytime and that happened a month later. Upon arrival we told her that we were getting serious about an Impreza. She showed us one and her team showed us how we could economically take one home that day. They all worked hard and responded each and every one of our concerns. We left in a 2018 Impreza that we love! More

The overall experience was so favorable that we were enticed to return to get a new Forester. In both cases we dealt with Christine Brightwell. I cannot laud her enough. Both times we had the feeling that she was strongly motivated to get us the "right" vehicle for our needs and desires and push us into anything simply because it was on the lot.. Her efforts reflected that. In the case of this new Forester, we finally ended up having to order one as none could be found in FL with the correct options. Christine kept me updated throughout the process and notified me as soon as it arrived. She's an excellent communicator. The vehicle trade in process went smoothly with a fair price offered. She made sure everything was just right with no detail being overlooked. These were the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experiences we have had. That is a reflection on both Christine and the Sport Subaru dealership. She is a great credit to the team. In addition, both times we dealt with Jon Frisby in finance to do all the legal paperwork. A personable fellow who made that portion smooth as well. Finally, it was Ted Pappas who set the final numbers for the purchase and trade which were good numbers. He appreciated our business. All in all, you owe it to yourself to consider your next vehicle purchase at Sport and give them an opportunity. And I would strongly suggest you ask for Christine! More
