She went over the car with him and told him to drive it a bit, and come back if he had any further questions. When we took the vehicle he thanked her for selling us his 1st car. Great Customer Service I walked in to Sport Subaru on a Saturday afternoon just looking for a 2018 Subaru and a good deal. I knew nothing about Subaru's except my brother i I walked in to Sport Subaru on a Saturday afternoon just looking for a 2018 Subaru and a good deal. I knew nothing about Subaru's except my brother is on his 2nd and he loves his. My real goal was to buy another Toyota Highlander but I wanted to see why my brother loved his Outback so much. Long story a little bit shorter - after a long visit on Saturday and an even longer visit on Sunday, I now own a 2019 Outback and so far I love it. Christine, my salesperson, had to go through me changing my mind about which car to buy, put up with my difficult time negotiating the price, and stayed way past her quitting time to help me learn how to use the car. She was patient, friendly, never pushy, and seemed to understand how hard it was for me to learn about cars all over again after not buying one since 2005. I highly recommend buying a car from Christine Brightwell at Sport Subaru in Orlando. She knows her stuff but she also gets to know you and listens well. Great experience buying a car! More

This is my first ever Subaru. I did extensive research on vehicles, dealerships, sales personnel, and buyer experiences as I hunted for my new Subaru. Also, I personally visited other Subaru dealerships before I found Don Mealey Sport on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando. It's one thing to find the vehicle you want, but quite another to engage in the always dreaded car negotiation. It was amazingly refreshing to deal with all the staff at Don Mealey Sport.
