At first I really wanted to buy something pricey but Chris convinced me to go with something in my price range. Not everyone would be that genuine, I definitely recommend Chris to anyone trying to purchase a vehicle. For my first purchase from a dealership, I must say he really made it easy and it went great. Extremely patient and helpful We came to longo Toyota 3 times and every time my wife and I worked with Christian. My wife couldn't make up her mind first she wanted a 4runner then We came to longo Toyota 3 times and every time my wife and I worked with Christian. My wife couldn't make up her mind first she wanted a 4runner then a highlander then a 2018 Camry and finally we purchased a 2018 RAV4. He truly helped us out giving us real life scenarios and how a each car could benefit our family. If all the Longo associations are as helpful it not hard to see why they've been so successful over the years. Christian is bilingual in Spanish and English, he is very professional listened to what it was we wanted and did not try to push anything we were not interested in. We are very happy with the price of the vehicle! Before we drove off he helped me connect my Bluetooth and made sure I knew what every button was for.
