In March my Infotainment unit lost updates and I mistakenly made an appointment for wrong Date. He graciously fit me in and took care of the issue. I am in IT Service Delivery and Client Services. The Annapolis, Maryland team is stellar. Oh and I love, love my 2023 XC40. Just wish that it would warn me if I leave the moonroof open so as not to soil the shade if it happens to rain.
