Poor communications Had CRV serviced including transmission fluid. Questioned why labor rate doubled since previous transmission fluid change. Also questioned why charged Had CRV serviced including transmission fluid. Questioned why labor rate doubled since previous transmission fluid change. Also questioned why charged for 12 qt. Of fluid when transmission only holds 3.7 quarts. Dealership never responded. Also, service said filters were dirty and needed changed soon. These filters were genuine Honda filters and had been installed one hour prior to my visit to dealership. More

Service was great, nice job. Kristi was great!! As far as buying experience that was awful- I’m still waiting on car fax, Eco package they promised 6 weeks ago. In my opinion I would fire everyone in use as buying experience that was awful- I’m still waiting on car fax, Eco package they promised 6 weeks ago. In my opinion I would fire everyone in used cars and start over !!!!! They lie, pass you around from one person to another. It was Awful. We won’t be back to buy another car from Regal and we have bought several in the past. We also recently bought big truck F250 but went somewhere else since we had such BAD experience at Regal!!!! Your loss... we will not recommend your dealership to anyone. More
