Pulling wool over eyes Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway Went in for oil change and requested they look at rattle in back seat. Was told my battery was bad. . $150 and was told I needed $750 in struts sway bars and alignment to fix rattle. Got another mechanic to look at car. Battery was good and seat belt in back was causing rattle. REGAL was either totally incompetent or fishing for work. Will never have any work done there again. Shady and dishonest. More

Car maintenance Had scheduled to bring CRV in for maintenance before a trip. Stephanie Zobac was service advisor that day. We were only to have a coolant flush and Had scheduled to bring CRV in for maintenance before a trip. Stephanie Zobac was service advisor that day. We were only to have a coolant flush and transmission fluid exchange on that day and a brake flush at a later date. The service was mixed up and noticed when I got home the coolant and brakes were done. Tried calling Stephanie from noon to 5 to let her know and schedule another appointment before our trip but no response that day. Rescheduled for the coolant with Dustin Brown for the 12th. Except for that mishap all has been good as far as service and sales from Regal. Have been dealing with the dealership and staff for 14 yrs. Thank you! More

Always pleased with the service department Service was extremely quick today. Tony did an amazing job and we had both our vehicles in for oil changes on Tuesday. Staff are always so kind. Th Service was extremely quick today. Tony did an amazing job and we had both our vehicles in for oil changes on Tuesday. Staff are always so kind. They ladies at the check out counter also did an amazing job. They were so upbeat and personable. However, I cant remember their names. I left with a smile and I always think what a nice place to work More
