Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Andre made my car purchase very easy from the beginning. I told him what I was looking for, sent him all of my paperwork and he had everything ready Andre made my car purchase very easy from the beginning. I told him what I was looking for, sent him all of my paperwork and he had everything ready when I came in. It really was that simple! Chris in finance did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and got me in and out in record time! My new car was detailed and ready, Andre showed me all of the features of my new car and I was on my way! I would highly recommend Brandon Honda to everyone! They really are that awesome! Buying a car from Brandon Honda was a pleasant experience! From start to finish my experience purchasing a used (like new to me) car was outstanding! Our salesman, Jeff, took the time to listen to what we want From start to finish my experience purchasing a used (like new to me) car was outstanding! Our salesman, Jeff, took the time to listen to what we wanted and what we wanted our payment to be. He was not pushy at all and helped us find the perfect car for us. Finance is usually a hassle but Chris Shotwell was amazing! He took time to answer any questions we had and somehow found a way to get us an extended bumper to bumper warranty without increasing our monthly payment. I would highly recommend Brandon Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Brandon Honda for making a big deal seem so easy!!! More

overall experience Your service department as well as Will, our salesman were outstanding. I purchased 2 new vehicles from your dealership within 2 years. The only issue I have is with Chris in your finance department who is deceitful and not to be trusted. On my last purchase in October 2016 due to some miscommunications concerning our purchase Chris told us he would mail us a $100 gift card to make up for our troubles. After making numerous calls to him and not ever receiving the gift card or a return call I have decided this would be the last car I purchase from your dealership. During our first purchase you were kind enough to respond to an earlier concern I had in the service department and you honored your commitment at that time. You have a great dealership and we love our Honda but your finance department and specifically Chris do not favor customer relations. I do not need a response and am not asking for the gift card now but wanted you to know the quality of your cars is outstanding, your service is department is great but Chris needs some training. More
