They restored my faith in an easy process after spending a week looking with others that left me stressed and beat up. Up front and very knowledgeable. Antonia Rueda and Eddie Juica made a great team. Eddie made sure our test drive and review of the car, was thorough and that we were getting what we wanted. We looked at a few. Eddie looked up the ratings and the safety ratings, as that was important to me in a car for my son. Showed him the features he liked and talked to me about the features important to me. Thank you for showing my young man how car buying is supposed to be. No pressure and very polite salesmen. Antonio took great care of us and his experience and care showed. Chris made paperwork a breeze and we were out in no time. Although shopping for a used car for my son, this time, next time I will be back for me. Used car purchase -- needed service on 1st day I purchased a used 2006 Honda CR-V, drove it home. The next day I had a lot of trouble right off the bat with the engine light coming on, but after c I purchased a used 2006 Honda CR-V, drove it home. Honda cars are reliable but their employees are the best ! I had 2 sales reps (Andre & Kendell), there was always one of them there when I went, they were available via emails, Driss from parts was available v I had 2 sales reps (Andre & Kendell), there was always one of them there when I went, they were available via emails, Driss from parts was available via ph/text and everyone from the service manager (David) to the finance manager (Shotwell) made me feel like they really cared that I was happy about my purchase ! Andre took his time to show me all the features of both cars I liked, and even programmed my phone into the system. Kendell was very useful in getting car parts and others matters organized with various departments. Driss made sure my car was ready and I got a true price and a good deal. Shotwell made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. David made sure I fell in love with my car, funny too ! More
