After researching various dealerships online, we stopped at Ed Martin Toyota of Noblesville where Mohamed Awad greeted us with a welcoming smile and a laid-back personality, which suited my wife and I just fine. We actually started looking for a newer vehicle about 2 months earlier with a specific model in mind but over the course of 2 months, our needs changed and during that time, Mohamed did not pressure us (pester us) in any way trying to get us to come back in to the dealer to try and get a sale before we were ready - and we appreciated it. After Mohamed helped us settle on the right model for us, the remaining buying process went smoothly as well; Chris in the finance department helped put together the best financing package for us and within a short time, we were out the door with the right vehicle, the right financing - and best of all, the end-to-end process wasn’t painful.
