I came in there for service for my Tacoma. I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it was because that’s where your feet go, but it is not. I had multiple people try to get in the truck and it’s not a place where you stop.
