While I wasn’t thrilled with having my original trade in offer reduced upon my visit, the actual value was realized and the original offer restored. The purchase of my XC60 R-Design at Volvo Cars Princeton was quick and painless. As someone traveling from out of state to pick up a specific model, I was hoping for a smooth experience and that's exactly was quick and painless. As someone traveling from out of state to pick up a specific model, I was hoping for a smooth experience and that's exactly what I received. Every staff member I spoke with was helpful and had my needs in mind. At no point in the sales process did I feel rushed and every question I had was answered before I left. When it came time to go to financing, I did not feel pressured to purchase any specific service (even though I did opt for an extended warranty) and the pricing was just as discussed during my previous phone/email conversations. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I will look to Volvo Cars Princeton again and I recommend anyone considering a Volvo to check them out. More
