Set customers expectations Brakes are squeaking. I wanted to know how much life if any were left on them. Truck parked in parking lot and when I came out of waiting room after 1 Brakes are squeaking. I wanted to know how much life if any were left on them. Truck parked in parking lot and when I came out of waiting room after 1.5 hours truck was still parked in lot. Chris got a service manger to take care of my truck. I thought truck was going into garage but instead it was taken for a test drive that I never authorized. I already know the brakes make noise when using them. I want to know the status of the brakes, how much life is left on them if any. Service manage said that they were really busy, At that point I told him well Chris should have told me when He was checking me in. And his comment to the service manger that was impatient was uncalled for. I had waited 1.5 hours. He is on the clock and I am not. Was not a comment to make about a customer in front of a customer.
