Service staff Most service reps are good however avoid couple of bad ones. The worst service advisor is a guy with black hat. His name is Jarret I believe. He is a bad example among the service representatives team. Also another representative which I believe is a manger with black polo and white beard. Avoid these two and you will be fine. .
