I went in for a simple oil change at 12:00pm that was scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you h scheduled not a walk in, I had to wait over 3.5 hrs for my vehicle could be completed I left there at 3:45pm , I really don’t understand why if you have a scheduled appointment it should take them over 3.5 hrs for a simple oil change Iam so dissatisfied with service. More

When I made the appointment I told I would like a ride home. The appointment was for 5pm. When I get there Cris Kulazidis was really nasty about having someone take me home because it was close to 6pm. I honestly have no problem with waiting there, but he could had been nicer about NOT getting me a ride home. More
