My excellent service employee is Chris Laporte. Chris Laporte was my service employee. My maintenance and tire light was on and Chris took care of it. I am very pleased with my service. I trust Chri Chris Laporte was my service employee. My maintenance and tire light was on and Chris took care of it. I am very pleased with my service. I trust Chris implicitly. Chris is always patient and kind and he listens. I do not believe that I would still be coming to this dealership, if Chris Laporte was not here. Jarrett Elder has never been helpful. My wife and I have always found him difficult to deal with. A very egotistic individual who does not belong on the frontline. Sensor replacement My dashboard light went off for a tire issue. I had previously brought the car in for the same issue twice before with a different service rep. This t My dashboard light went off for a tire issue. I had previously brought the car in for the same issue twice before with a different service rep. This time I went to my most trusted rep behind the desk, Chris LePorte. When ever I had an issue I could count on Chris LePorte. Years ago I had my daughter's car serviced before going off to school cross country. Every imaginable service available for a cross country trip to Arizona from south Florida. I knew I could trust Chris LePorte. He even called me and went into work to get me the best deal!! It was on father's day that I received the call that her car was safe and ready to go!! Chris was also there when I needed new tires. I felt they didn't live up to the standards I expected. He called the company and even got me credit towards my four new tires. This is the type of service I grew up with, Go to Chris for tires!! More

Quick, thorough service. I called Chris Laporte to ask for an appointment. We agreed on 1:00 PM the same day! When I got there he listened to my problem, told me what he would I called Chris Laporte to ask for an appointment. We agreed on 1:00 PM the same day! When I got there he listened to my problem, told me what he would have done, and an hour later I was on my way home with my problem solved. Can't beat Chris for his attentiveness, genuine concern for me and my problem, and the speed with which he got my problem resolvd! More
