Came in for a tire rotation on my Tacoma, Chris in the service department was great! However, I tried to get in contact with the parts department 4 times earlier that day to get a quote on a part, and was service department was great! However, I tried to get in contact with the parts department 4 times earlier that day to get a quote on a part, and was hung up on all 4 times. It wasn't a dropped call type of hang-up either, it was a "yeah one second" and then hangs up kind of deal. On my 5th attempt, I left a voicemail about my inquiry with my contact info and received no response. I bought the part I was looking for at a different Toyota instead. More

Felt the services being offered were unnecessary on a car less then 2 years old. My maintenance soon, notification was not reset. Recall notice for a 2012 Sienna fuel door Called Chris L. about 3 weeks ago set up an appointment for the replacement of the above. Came in for the appointment as planned and Chris L wasn't there, so Chris K about 3 weeks ago set up an appointment for the replacement of the above. Came in for the appointment as planned and Chris L wasn't there, so Chris K told me Chris L was wrong and no parts where there. He would have to order the parts they should be ready to install by Friday No call waited until the following Monday, No body knew what I talking about. Asked to talk to the Service manager, No one took my call, and I spoke to a nice woman and told her what was going on and why i wanted to talk to the service manager. No return phone call. 2days later I get a call from Chris L, Saying he could install it we set up for Friday 29th 11 am, Finally installed..Just a complete waste of time and money for something that should have done correctly from the original contact 3 weeks ago More
