This visit could have been better if it wasn't for the
inability to work with a customer.
I wanted to know the cost of a repair. I was told it could not be done without a $169.99 diagnosis?...I asked why

I wanted to know the cost of a repair. I was told it could not be done without a $169.99 diagnosis?...I asked why, the answer was "the tech needs to get paid" my car was there for service already!!
The cost of diagnosis was going to be apply to the repair GREAT! How could I know if I can afford the cost of the repair if they don't tell me.
The lack of forward thinking will cost AH to miss out on this repair, a break job and NEW tires as well.
I know this does not mean much to AH to have one customer feeling rejected.
All the promises, when they have the chance to shine they fall flat!!!
