Started terrible ended up a very happy satisfied customer . Ask for Chris LaPorte Reservation dept had set me up with Chris K only to find out off Weds A runner called over another service person. The only thing that could be better is wait time. Nearly four hours for an oil change was the longest ever. Otherwise, all went great and I'll be a new regular customer for my service. My car became undrivable about 1 1/2 mile south of the dealership. I walked to the dealership, told them what was wrong and gave them my key. They had the car towed and set me up with a rental. The nex dealership. I walked to the dealership, told them what was wrong and gave them my key. They had the car towed and set me up with a rental. The next day they gave me 2 options, explaining the pros and cons of each. When the work was done they emailed me, and I paid on line. When I got to the dealership, they returned my rental. The only down side was when I first arrived, I was ignored by several of the service advisors until I walked up to 1 of them and asked for help. No greeting, no nothing. More
