I had an appointment at Mazda to have my tires installed with no other service. It took them 4 hours to finish the job due to their own overbooking. This is unprofessional and I will not bring my car here with no other service. It took them 4 hours to finish the job due to their own overbooking. This dealership has one of the best service departments I have ever used. I trust them, I drive approximately 80 miles 1-way to have them service my two vehicles. The whole dealership, including Garrett and others, were great at helping me purchase my car and dealt with any issues I had.
