We have been to another dealership in the area and did not have a great experience. David met us, introduced us to one of his sales team (Mitch Dunn) who made sure we were well looked after. Mtch spoke to my wife, showed her the vehicle and how to set it up for her and then sent us off on a test drive. When we came back, David had some numbers and we struck a deal. It was a great process with one exception. The Financing Manager did his job by trying to sell us the various extended warranties in a bit of an aggressive fashion but not that bad, despite our insistance that we didnt want them. Minor issue but all part of the buying experience. Car pick up day was great, Mitch had everything ready and spent at least an hour with my wife showing her all she needed to know. A fantastic experience. More

Purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid from the Whitby Toyota dealership. Vehicle was ordered in October of 2019 and arrived in February of 2020. The delay was related to production issues and not anything under the control of the dealership. Throughout the wait Hayden responded promptly to any questions I asked him. With that said, I would have appreciated biweekly updates regarding the status of the order even if it was something as simple as "No news but we will keep you updated once that changes." Once the wait extended into multiple months it was sort of like listening to dead air while holding on the phone. Regular updates would have made the wait more pleasant if only to offer assurance that the order was still pending and hadn't been lost or forgotten. Other than that, the sales experience was quite pleasant and I would have no issues recommending this dealership to others interested in purchasing a new Toyota vehicle. More
