Great Experience. The family was out checking information on the purchase of a car. We still had a couple places to visit before making a decision. The car is for my The family was out checking information on the purchase of a car. We still had a couple places to visit before making a decision. The car is for my son - I had secured financing as he is young with limited credit. The car in question, the Chevy Cruze, was on par with others (namely the Mazda 6 and the Nissan Altima) we were considering. Since the car met my son's approval, the next step sealed the deal. There is nothing more important for a parent than allowing their child to stand on their own. My son has a good-paying job but limited credit and Chris and his co-workers was able to make financing directly available to him, taking his parents out of the loop! I never thought this was possible!! As for the buying experience itself, I have NEVER been involved with a better experience in terms of a salesman working in the best interest of the buyer. That is a strong statement as I have personally been thru this procedure many, MANY times in the past. I would not hesitate going back to Tom Gill and working specifically with with Chris Hensley when the time comes for my next auto purchase. More

Cheri and Chris We went to “look at a car” and Chris Hensley ended up finding us he perfect car that we couldn’t pass up. Came back after picking my kid up from schoo We went to “look at a car” and Chris Hensley ended up finding us he perfect car that we couldn’t pass up. Came back after picking my kid up from school and Cheri wells helped us from there and I’ve never had a better buying experience. There were some bumps in he road but she took car of everything for us we didn’t have to do anything to fix the bumps which means more to me than everything going perfect. I know if I need anything I can contact either of them and they will help me out which is something I’ve never had before so if you are going to buy a car go to them and u won’t regret it! More

Chris Hensley is a rock star!! I visited Tom Gill in Florence on Monday last week and Chris H approached my mother and I, he was nothing but amazing. At no point did I feel harassed or pressured to buy. My salesman was Chris Hensley, he did all he could to help me through the truck buying process. He sent me pictures of trucks the dealer had recently received and was constantly in contact with me. Chris is a very personable, polite, and all around people person, a very good car salesman. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to Tom Gill, Florence and have them ask for Chris Hensley. Thanks!! More
