Stephen Ferrar has been and continues to be most helpful. The dealership itself is quite a nice facility. Our only complaint comes from our continued frustrations with their poorly administered phone system The dealership itself is quite a nice facility. We were traveling through Franklin on our way to FL, when we had car trouble. It was a Saturday morning, and Chris in the service department got us in right away, diagnosed the issue, (a defective wheel bea we had car trouble.
