Recall Issue Brought my Forte in for a airbag control unit that was recalled. I was promptly greeted and turned over to Chris who was very professional and courte Brought my Forte in for a airbag control unit that was recalled. I was promptly greeted and turned over to Chris who was very professional and courteous. I was told it would take about one hour, which it did. Even though I didn't have to pay for anything I was still treated with respect. I was informed by Chris at one point to let me know that my car was almost ready. Nice place to do business with. Service rating Excellent service In and out in a timely fashion. Fast and efficient I arrived early and was taken care of by the staff. They managed to check on extra concerns that I had and my service experience was fast and efficien I arrived early and was taken care of by the staff. Fantastic as usual! My customer experience was top notch! I was greeted promptly and was showed all of the ammenities available to me while i waited. The waiting area was My customer experience was top notch! I was greeted promptly and was showed all of the ammenities available to me while i waited. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service department was very professional both in appearance and in communication. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. All work was performed in a timely manner. My vehicle was clean when it was given back to me. This dealership always goes above and beyond and i will continue to use them for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Excellent experience. More
