This was my first trip into the Service Dept. I was treated with respect and a big smile. The problem is somewhat elusive but they did a extensive search to find the correct solution. The check - I was treated with respect and a big smile. The problem is somewhat elusive but they did a extensive search to find the correct solution. The check - in and check out was quick and painless plus the machine was just as clean inside as when I dropped it off. That was always a sore spot with a competitive brand, big name, local dealership that I purchased from in the past. They have my full trust the machine will be repaired 110 % as this Dealership has a long-standing history of satisfaction in Rochester. More
