I can’t say enough good things about the Kia Service folks, and in particular Salena and Chris. They went far above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect them to do in order to make sure th folks, and in particular Salena and Chris. They went far above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect them to do in order to make sure things were right with an exceptionally challenging repair of my Kia Sedona, to the point where it definitely cost them far far more than they actually charged me. It’s not often in this world you find folks who are so dedicated to serving their customers come xxxx or high water. They are the best! More

I normally have a get experience, but this one wasn't one. Too many mistakes. I asked them to check my tires which they told me were ok. Later I was told I would need 2 new tires (which I figured. I was one. Too many mistakes. I asked them to check my tires which they told me were ok. Later I was told I would need 2 new tires (which I figured. I was actually thinking all 4) I came to get an oil change and brakes done. I have a front will drive and they changed the back wheels brakes. I was told everything was good only to sit there for hours to Raquel coming to me after the technician did a test drive and said my brakes are still making noise/scrubbing when you try to stop. This is after a bill of $1200. I didn't get upset or rude with anyone there but I said that I would be unable to pay another $500 for the front brakes today. I was very disappointed with all the confusion and miss information. That and leaving with the same issue as I came in with after waiting all that time. I definitely understand that people make mistakes, and things happen but I'm so use to the great customer service I usually get with Scott everytime I come. The technicians also left oil/black marks in the car. In her defense she did take 5% off for the inconvenience. Hopefully my next visit will be better. More

The service manager Scott is a major pain to deal with if you can even get him on the phone. He is rude and unprofessional. This dealership LOST the engine to my vehicle being repaired and caused extreme del you can even get him on the phone. He is rude and unprofessional. This dealership LOST the engine to my vehicle being repaired and caused extreme delays. Apparently a transport company had taken it to Atlanta by mistake. This is Kia's mistake btw. However, we were made to foot the bill for the rental out of pocket, and when asked, Scott says "that's just the way it is", "we arent going to help you there". Two weeks prior I spoke to Scott on the phone and he said "The engine is being put in the car" Later we find out this is a lie; the engine hadn't been put in the car yet. This has all happened TWO MONTHS after the car was damaged. It took two months for them to start repairs. It has been nothing but lies and run arounds from everyone here. Shop elsewhere. More
